Earning IDL Score Points for Top Rating

While interacting with our dictionary and editing its entries, users earn score points, which vary based on their account type and the actions they perform.

A new user receives 5 points upon registering as a "Basic" user. They earn 1 point per day for logging into the system.

Professional users engage in content review. Upon upgrading to the "Professional" account type and providing additional information, users can earn up to 60 points. They receive 2 points for each translation and 1 point for each corrected transliteration. Points are awarded only once for each specific word, even if multiple corrections are made. Pro users earn 2 points per day for logging into the system.

Expert users are independent contributors who can earn the maximum possible points. Upgrading to the "Expert" account type grants users additional 100 points. Experts earn 3 points for each translation and 2 points for each corrected transliteration. Expert users also earn 3 points per day for logging into the system.

Additionally, when the user reaches thresholds of 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 5000, and 10000 points, they will receive an additional 10% of points based on the corresponding threshold value.
